Darcy has been working in the field of nutrition
for over 28 years, and with OSU Extension for the last two years. Through the
Family Nutrition Program, Darcy teaches food management skills that help
individuals learn to buy, prepare, store, and handle food safely. Food
demonstration classes are the highlight of the program and include sampling the
foods that are prepared in class. Darcy lives in northern Wayne County
with her husband.
