Sherry Nickles provides leadership to the Wayne County 4-H program.  This includes both 52 traditional community clubs and special emphasis programs such as the teen vehicular safety program "CarTeens" and the in-school elementary education program "Character Counts!"   
 
There are approximately 1,500 youth and 450 volunteers involved in 4-H clubs.  4-H reaches an additional 3,000 youth through special emphasis programming.  Sherry's specialization is curriculum development.  She has co-authored, served as contributing author or review team member for many of Ohio's 4-H livestock project books.  Sherry lives with her husband on a grain and beef cattle farm and enjoys being a parent of two 4-H alumni and one current 4-Her!
