    NEW – Since the January / February 4-H newsletter was sent out, the process to order Jr Fair turkeys and chicks has changed! To order your turkeys and chicks you must go online to http://go.osu.edu/WaynePoultry (CaSe SEnsiTIvE link). 4-H and FFA members can order 6 turkeys and/or 12 chicks as long as they have enrolled in the project. Online there is an option for individual club member or clubs/chapter to order the poultry as a group. If you have further questions call the Extension Office at 330-264-8722.

  4. Horse Youth, Parents, and Advisors Informational Meeting

    All horse youth, parents, and advisors are invited to a special meeting with the Horse Committee to review changes for this year, go over forms and information that will be due June 1st, learn about changes to the special requests process, and discuss details about summer fun shows and clinics.  At least one representative of each club with horse projects is required to attend.  The meeting will be held on April 27th at 6:30 pm in the Coliseum at the Fairgrounds.

  7. Dog Clinic / Informational Meeting

    Apr. 23, 2015 6:00pm

    All 4-H youth taking a dog project are encouraged to attend the clinic on April 23rd in the Sheep & Swine Arena at the Wayne County Fairgrounds.  No dogs should be brought to this clinic.  Only youth, parents, and advisors should attend.  This clinic will feature information on several topics and will be an opportunity for youth to complete a dog-focused Quality Assurance training enabling them to by-pass the Quality Assurance session during Skillathon in July.
