Liberty, Suite 12, Wooster, Ohio 44691 The Steps to Home Ownership program is offered to prospective buyers who are Wayne County residents and are low or moderate income-qualified. The program meets the requirements for CHIP, Housing Choice Voucher Home Ownership, Habitat for Humanity, and U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development programs.

This program is for anyone that is interested in improving the knowledge of pasture management and forage production.
