Don’t have the time to sit through a Level 2 Food Safety Training?  Can’t find one near you?  We have the answer! Ohio State University Extension, Wayne County has partnered with TAP (Training Achievement Program) Series to offer an on-line version of the Level 2 Food Safety training which meets all Ohio Department of Health requirements.

You can complete the online course at your own speed and at a time that works for you. Once training is completed, you will take a proctored certification exam at the OSU Extension office in Wooster.

One purchase, one trip. The March 2017 deadline to meet this requirement is coming fast! Registration fee of $150 is non-refundable for both the online class and exam.  There is an additional fee of $25, if the selected exam date is rescheduled.  The ServSafe Manager exam is proctored by an OSU Extension Educator who is a Certified ServSafe® Proctor.

Exam dates are:  Jan. 23, Jan. 30, Feb. 6, Feb. 8, Feb 13, Feb. 15, Feb. 22, and Feb. 27 from 2-4 pm in the 2nd floor Meeting Room of the Wayne County Administration building, 428 W. Liberty St. Wooster, OH.
