Steps to Get Started on the Challenge:
- Start by taking the pre-challenge survey. The survey is located at http://go.osu.edu/Fall16Pre. This survey will only take about 5 minutes and will be open until October 26 at midnight.
- Print or download the Activity Log. The Fall Challenge calendar/log can be used to help you track your healthy behaviors. Each day you can record your physical activity, vegetable and fruit intake and any bonus activities you complete.

Physical Activity – Plan ways to be active for at least 30 minutes, 5 days a week. On your log, record the minutes and type of physical activity.
