The Junior Fair office will be doing ALL premium pay-outs after the Fair. On Monday and Tuesday, September 21st and 22nd, from 5:00-8:00 p.m., THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO DAYS advisors can come in to the Junior Fair office to pick up premium checks. The checks will be made payable to each individual member—not to the club. Any corrections will then need to be made to the Junior Fair office. SCHOOL ABSENCES
The Junior Fair will request excused absences for day(s) members show and/or sell their animal(s). Check with your school to determine proper absentee procedures. Please do not request excused absences for days members do not show or sell.

Jr. Fair Board & Wayne County Food and Fashion Board will sponsor the annual Junior Fair Baking Contest and Auction on Sunday, Sept. 13th. The contest is open to any county youth ages 8 - 18. Encourage your members and their friends to enter!
Entry forms are available at the Extension Office and on our web site at go.osu.edu/JFBC15. Entry deadline is 4:30 PM on Friday, September 11th. Each person entering will receive a participation award the day of the event.

Each year the Extension 4-H Committee presents an award to an individual, group, or business who has made great contributions of his/her time and talent to the 4-H program.
We welcome any nominations you have for the Meritorious Service Award. Please complete and submit to the Extension Office the brief nomination form which can be found on the Extension Office website at go.osu.edu/MSA15. Nominations are due October 1st.
