All background checks MUST be completed by February 15, 2026. 

• Please be sure to re-enroll into the 4-H Online system BEFORE doing your background checks. So the state can link your background check to your 4-H account. This MUST be done every year by April 1st to be an active volunteer. 
• These form MUST be taken with you to ensure you have a successful background check.
