All background checks MUST be completed by February 15, 2024.
- These Forms MUST be brought with you in order for you to have a successful fingerprint
- Make sure you re-enroll into the 4-H Online system BEFORE getting your fingerprints done - This way the state can link you fingerprints to your 4-H account
