- 2026 New 4-H Volunteer Application, Interview, and Background Check Process, here is a copy of the procedures for you. Due December 1, 2025.
- 2026 New 4-H Volunteer Online Application - DUE by December 1, 2025
- 2026 New 4-H Volunteer Interviews - Sign Up for a Time Slot - THESE ARE VIA ZOOM & Must be done by March 1st, if you need a time not listed please contact the office.
- Enroll into the 4-HOnline system - need help with follow the help sheets.
- 2026 New 4-H Volunteer Fingerprint Background Check Information
- Forms needed for background checks click here.
- You will need Background Check Reimbursement Form
- One of these: Tri_County ESC Form or Wayne County Sheriff's Office Form.

- 2026 Important Dates you need to know (You only need to attend 1 meeting): January 31st at 9:00am, February 5th at 6pm, or February 9 at 6pm at Shisler Conference Center is the Volunteer kick off - Attendance required for ALL Volunteers!
